DO YOU SIGN NDA'S? ​​​​

DO YOU REQUIRE A PAYMENT TYPE ON FILE?​​

 

Yes, we do.

We require either a credit card or ACH on file before our visit. Our clients (or their accounting team) have the ability to personally add their payment information through a secure link once the quote is approved.​​​​​​​​

 

 

​​​WHY DO YOU NEED MY WI-FI PASSWORD? ​​​

 

​We request your WiFi password to ensure our staff is always reachable and safe.​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

 

DO YOU TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OF THE SPACE?  

 

We do.

Photos highlight specific areas which need special attention.

Photos occur pre and post clean and are uploaded into an encrypted vault on site.

These photos help staff and clients communicate more effectively.

Under no circumstances will these photos be used for marketing purposes. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT? ​​​

 

Read and review the Client Preparedness documents attached with every quote.

Acknowledge special requests prior to the day of service. 

Spaces presented with a general overall tidiness before our visit prepare our staff to best serve you.​​​​​​​​​​​

 

 

DO YOU OFFER STAND-ALONE ADD ON SERVICES? ​

 

Yes, stand-alone services can be accommodated for current clients. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

 

 

​WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?​​

 

Pet(s) should be secured in a separate room or taken away from the service location until services are completed. Unless previously discussed, we request for this to be arranged in advance.​​

This enables more thorough cleaning and protects all from accidental issues.

If your pet(s) have open access to the space while we clean, please let us know ahead of time if they have specific sensitivities, such as auditory reactions, olfactory reactions or skittishness around strangers.

Please discuss your preferred arrangements prior to any appointments. There are additional fees per animal. ​​​​​​

 

 

MAY I CALL LAST MINUTE TO SCHEDULE A CLEANING?​​​

 

We support a first come, first serve approach.

Last minute requests will always be considered based off availability.

If we are unable to meet your initial request date, we will provide you with the earliest available date.

If space should open earlier then that time, we will reach out. ​​​

 

 

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLIENT PORTAL?​​​

 

The Mint Mops' client portal is not publicly visible on our website.

Instead, we will send a private, secure link directly to you, which will enable you to view your client portal giving you full visibility into job details, billing history, invoices, quotes and the ability to request additional services. â€‹
