This cleaning service is required for all first-time clients.
It is designed to familiarize us with your space and ensures that cleanings going forward will consistently meet your expectations.

Cleaning Details:​

Vacuuming and Mopping:
​
All exposed floors.
Rugs are removed to clean the area then replaced once floor is dried.
Only HEPA filter vacuums will be used.

Dusting:
​
All rooms unless declared inaccessible.
Accumulated dust in hard-to-reach areas will be addressed.
Window treatments.
Special attention​ to areas that fill with cobwebs.
Light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Supply and return grills.
Art, decor and picture frames.
Large items; furniture, baseboards, woodwork, mantels and fireplaces.
All high touch points.
Crown molding under 15' high.
Bathrooms:

​Faucets cleaned and polished.
Vanity countertops and cabinet doors cleaned.
Shower walls and doors, tubs and fixtures.
Toilets cleaned and disinfected inside and out.
General picking up and organizing.
Trash removed.
Visible Mildew/mold removal and fixture de-scaling.

Kitchen:
​
Exterior of all appliances.
Inside and out of microwaves.
Counter tops including backsplashes.
Sinks and faucets disinfected, cleaned, and shined.
Top of refrigerator and range hood.
Hand washed cabinet exteriors.
Floor vacuumed and mopped.
Pantries dusted.
General picking up and organizing.
All trash removed and trash can washed.
(Excludes: dishes, deep cleaning large appliances, inside of cabinets/drawers)

Laundry Rooms:
​
Exterior of appliances cleaned.
Utility wash stations cleaned and faucets polished.
Exposed floors cleaned.
General picking up and organizing.
Removal of all trash.

Making bed, tidying throw blankets, fluffing accent pillows.
Picking up and organizing out of place items.
Vacuuming and dusting all exposed areas.
Cleaning high touch point areas.
Dressers and nightstand exteriors cleaned.
